Rocky Mountain Exteriors Recieves 2016 GAF Presidents Award!
The First & Only Roofing Contractor in Idaho to Ever Receive! Commitment to Excellence Earns This Prestigious Award…
Rocky Mountain Exteriors has earned the distinguished GAF 2016 President’s Club Award. This is the first and only time a roofing contractor in Idaho has received this award!
Roofing companies must display a high level of professionalism and excellence when installing top quality GAF roofing products to qualify. This is the highest-level award that a Master Elite® Contractor can earn within the GAF Certified Contractor Program. It’s an exceptional status.
The GAF President’s Club is a serious honor in the roofing industry.
It is one homeowners should look for when selecting the best contractor to take care of their needs.
GAF started manufacturing roofs in 1886 and is North America’s largest roofing manufacturer. Over 200,000 contractors use their award winning products. They give out numerous awards of their own and offer training services to contractors, ensuring consumers get the best possible solutions.
The GAF Center for The Advancement of Roofing Excellence, or “CARE,” holds events and hands-on training for industry professionals. They also publish the GAF ProBlog where anyone can learn more about roofing. Earning a certification from GAF means a contractor is serious about their craft and taking care of their customers.
What It Takes
Before Rocky Mountain Exteriors could even be considered for the President’s Club Award, they had to be designated a “Master Elite,” contractor. A status less than 2% of roofing contractors receive Nationwide!
This means a company has been in business for at least seven years, with a proven record of customer satisfaction. Rocky Mountain Exteriors, for example, holds a 5 star customer rating on their GAF webpage.
There are a number of ways a Master Elite contractor can then qualify for the President’s Club Award. They all require a commitment to providing good service and craftsmanship, excellent client ratings, and ongoing training.
In addition, Rocky Mountain Exteriors maintains a debt free status, and an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.
Rocky Mountain Exteriors is a local and family owned business, run by Todd and Susan Stern.
They are active members of their community, volunteering their spare time with groups such as Africa Bright Future Ministries, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and donating roofs to disabled veterans.
Together they run their business with a 100% satisfaction guarantee, refusing payment until they are certain homeowners are 100% thrilled with their service.
Todd has been in the roofing business for over 18 years and is versed in all aspects of home renovation. They offer the GAF Weather Stopper Golden Pledge and Weather Stopper System Plus warranties. These warranties guarantee materials up to 50 years and workmanship from 10 to 25 years.
Rocky Mountain Exteriors Has Also Received GAF’s Triple Excellence Award
In addition to the President’s Club Award, Rocky Mountain Exteriors has also earned several others from GAF.
The Installation Excellence Award
This award is given to companies that have installed several “perfect,” roofs. GAF sends inspectors out to sites to check on contractor’s work and ensure only the best can call themselves Master Elite contractors.
The Consumer Protection Excellence Award
This is awarded when a contractor fully understands the benefits a GAF warranty provides. They must have customer needs in mind at all times.
The Training Excellence Award
This award shows a contractor has committed themselves to ongoing training and study of the roofing industry. Contractors who win this award are continually improving the services they offer.
Any contractor that holds all three of these awards is also given the GAF Triple Excellence Award.
Rocky Mountain Exteriors is also currently the only roofing contractor in Idaho to be awarded the GAF Presidents Award, and also the GAF Triple Excellence Awards.
They specialize in roofing for the Meridian, Boise, and Twin Falls Idaho regions, though their reach is now going to include NE Oregon (La Grande, Baker City, Union and Wallowa Counties). They give their prospective customers free estimates and work with them to find low-interest financing if needed.
Their website hosts it’s own informative blog, which covers a range of home care topics such as spring-cleaning tips, window washing tutorials and other maintenance guides.
“We would like to thank our customers for allowing us to serve you and our incredible team. Without you this would not have been possible!
Thank you to all!”
